Icelandic Hotdog with Skyr Remoulade Sauce
Description
In Iceland, hot dogs aren’t just a quick bite, they’re a cultural institution. Known as pylsur, Icelandic hot dogs are traditionally topped with a delicious combination of crispy onions, raw onions, ketchup, mustard, and a creamy remoulade sauce. The twist? Swap in Plain Skyr to create a thick, tangy, and protein-packed remoulade that’s just as deliciously indulgent as the original.
